Magpie Beaver Colony attended the District Beaver Christmas carol service at Toller Church in Kettering last Sunday then enjoyed a noisy fun party with a disco and food.
Congratulations to Simon Scarfe, our Finch Colony Beaver Leader who was recently awarded the Chief Scouts Commendation for Good Service at the Glendon AGM. The Chief Scout’s Commendation for Good Service is given in respect of not less than 5 years good service, which stands out. It should be regarded as the Chief Scout’s recognition of the very real contribution made to the Association by the individual concerned.
1st Burton Latimer Eagle Cubs took part in JOTT 2017 on 13 May 2017. The Cubs and parents walked a 7 miles circular route through Burton Latimer and Cranford. Well done to everyone and don’t forget to add your badge to your camp blanket!!
