On Saturday 2nd February 2013 Phoenix Troop took part in the Kettering Leader Trophy at Woodcroft. 11 Teams took part and each team of 4 scouts had to complete 11 different scout challenges. Out of a total of 132 points we achieved a massive total of 110 points and bought the trophy back to Burton Latimer. The team consisted of Dean Brooks (Captain), Rebecca Giddins, Georgina Bosworth and Emily Brimley. Well done to all of you and roll on to next year to try and retain the cup.
We are very pleased to announce that we have just started a brand new Explorer Group right here in Burton Latimer. They meet on a Tuesday night between 7.30 and 9.15 at the Scout HQ in Burton Latimer. If you are aged between 14 – 18 and want to come along we’d love to meet you..
