At last weeks AGM, Josh Coleman was presented with his Chief Scout Gold Award by the District Commissioner, Bob Peden. Bob payed tribute to the hard work and commitment involved in gaining this award. Also receiving awards on the night were; Cheryl Giddens for 20 years service and Steve Hammond for 10 years service. Jonathan Avis also received his 5 year service award but was unable to attend. Congratulations to everyone.

On Saturday 21st April we will be running a Family Quiz Night at Burton Latimer Cricket Club starting at 7.30. All ages are welcome and food and drink will be available for sale on the night. Around 3,500 Scouts, Explorers, Guides and Rangers attended the annual winter camp at Gilwell back in January. Amongst them were our very own Mohawk group.
